Medical AI: NEXUS AG and Rhenus agree to a strong partnership for further growth

The AI-based solution provider Medical AI Information & Analytics GmbH and NEXUS AG, a Europe-wide specialist in hospital information systems and software solutions for diagnostics, have entered into a strategic partnership. As part of the close partnership, Medical AI will continue to operate independently. In future, NEXUS AG as the majority shareholder* and Rhenus will jointly support Medical AI on its growth path.
The respective strengths of both companies have been pooled in order to utilise synergies and drive forward the innovation of AI-supported solutions in the hospital environment.
‘Our goal is to continue to develop AI solutions that make healthcare more efficient through continued scaling,’ says Claudia Hobohm, Managing Director of Medical AI.
Dr Ingo Behrendt, CEO of NEXUS AG, adds: ‘The Medical AI team and products are a great addition to our international portfolio: Acceleration and automation of billing as well as the integration of AI are exactly what our customers are looking for.’
The cooperation will enable the seamless integration of modern technologies into existing infrastructures in order to optimise hospital processes and sustainably improve patient care.
